I have a disc of MP3s that I usually play on car trips when I'm tired. It's songs I know really, really well, that I can sing along to (usually badly).
I got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning (literally, I mean, as in I got out the wrong side and walked on a coathanger).
So I stuck on the disc, and spent the rest of the morning wandering around the house singing. To my mother's great amusement. Especially when she walked into my room unannounced, and saw me dancing around my room half clothed.
Yes, music always makes me feel better. yay for the discman.
