Today's dinner? A kilo of beef ribs in a casserole dish, with half a beer, and a liberal dousing (half a cup?) of my kiwifruit chilli sauce, cooked at 170C for four hours. (Served with wilted spinach and mashed potatoes and kumara.)

It was impossible to serve, on account of the meat literally falling apart.

And it was damn tasty.
